As per terms of the issue of the Unlisted 9.5% (Series B) Non - Convertible Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares (CRPS) of Face Value of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs each issued to Corporation Bank, the first partial redemption of 25 CRPS aggregating to Rs. 2.50 Crore (out of scheduled nine partial redemptions) fell due on 26th March 2020, which has been duly redeemed.
