In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate relatives of the Designated Persons, the trading window shall be closed from 1st April, 2023, till 48 hours after declaration of the financial results for the Half Year ended on 31st March, 2023. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results for for the year ended on 31st March, 2023
