This is in reference to your e-mail dated 4th May, 2023 seeking clarification on Increase in Volume of securities of the Company. In this regard, we would like to clarify that pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 the Company has been making regular disclosures of information to the stock exchanges and on the website at www.jaispring.com. There is no material information pending with the Company that could have triggered increase in volume. We also confirm that the Company will promptly intimate to the stock exchanges any material event, information etc.; in compliance with the Company's policy for determination of materiality of events/information framed in pursuance of regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The movement in the price or volume of security is due to market and economic conditions and is purely market driven.
