| Jamshri Realty Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 06/11/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday 6th Nov , 2023, at 601-B, 6th floor, Motimahal, 195,J.T. Road, Churchgate ,Mumbai 400020 at 5.00 p.m. (S.T.) to consider inter-alia the following business: To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and Half year ended 30th Sept 2023. Further the 'Trading window' for dealing/trading in securities of the Company by insider shall remain closed from 1st Oct , 2023 till 8th Nov, 2023 (both days inclusive) i.e. till the completion of 2(Two)working days after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th Sept 2023.
