Respected Sir, It is hereby informed that according to Reg.15(2)of SEBI(LODR) Reg.2015 the compliance submission of the Secretarial Audit and Secretarial Compliance Report as per Reg.24A does not apply to the listed entity having paid up equity capital not exceeding Rs.10 Crores and Net Worth not exceeding Rs.25 crores for the year ended March 2024. The table attached show the details as on 31st March, 2024. As the paid capital and net worth of the said company does not exceed the said limits, the company is not required to submit the Submission of Secretarial Audit and Secretarial Compliance Report with the Stock Exchange.
