Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (LODR) regulations 2015 (SEBI listing Regulations), we wish to inform that Shri Surendra Kumar Murlidhar Somany (DIN 00001131) shall complete his tenure as an Independent Director and consequently cease to be an Independent Director of the Company w.e.f. the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting to be held on July 15, 2024. The Board of Directors and the Management of the Company expresses deep appreciation and gratitude to Shri Surendra Kumar Murlidhar Somany for his contribution.
