To consider & approve draft Annual Report of the Company for the year ended on 31st March 2024; 2. To approve the Board Report of the Company for the year ended on 31st March 2024; 3. To consider Secretarial Audit Report received from M/s Rohtash Agrawal & Co., Company Secretaries Raipur for the period ended on March 31,2024; 4.
