Jayatma Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 05/12/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on Saturday, 5th December, 2020, inter-alia, to consider the following agendas:<BR> <BR> 1. To fix date and time for conducting EGM of the Company through video conferencing(VC)/ other Audio-Visual Means for the appointment of Statutory Auditor of the company;<BR> 2. To appoint scrutinizer for the scrutiny e-voting results to be carried out in the above Extra-Ordinary General Meeting;<BR> 3. To fix the Record date/Cut-off date for the above EGM;<BR> 4. To decide e-voting period for the above EGM;<BR> 5. To approve draft EGM Notice along with Explanatory Statement thereof;<BR> 6. Any other agenda with the permission of the chair.<BR>
