Non-Applicability of Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR). In reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that Regulation 24A of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 read with Regulations 15 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, is not applicable to the company as the Equity share Capital does not exceed Rs. 10,00,00,00/- and the Net worth of the company does not exceed Rs. 25,00,00,000/- as per the latest Audited Balance Sheet as prescribed under the above Regulation. Consequently the provisions of Regulation 24A regarding submission of Annual Secretarial Report is not applicable to our company and hence we are exempted from submitting the compliance Report. Please take the same on your record.
