Jeevan Scientific Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>1. Formation of wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company in India and abroad.<BR><BR>2. Noting of the resignation by Smt. T. Kamala Kumari as Whole Time Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.<BR><BR>3. Appointment of Sri. Gopi Krishna Kilaru, Managing Director as Compliance officer of the Company.<BR><BR>4. Noting of the resignation letter by Sri. T. Vijay Vardhan as Director of the Company.<BR><BR>5. Noting of the appointment of Sri. Koteswara Rao SSR as Additional Director of the Company in the capacity of Independent Director with effect from August 10, 2015.
