With refence to the captioned subject and In-Principal approval received from NSE and BSE vide their letter dated 21 March, 2025, We would like to inform you that due to unfavorable market conditions, participants (Promoter & Non-Promoter) in the issue are not willing to subscribe to the share warrants. In the View of the above Company has decided to not make allotment of share warrant for which the In-principal approval was received from NSE and BSE.
