| JF Laboratories Ltd has informed BSE that in response to a petition for winding-up (Company Petition No. 442 of 2010) filed by Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited for winding-up of the affairs off J F Laboratories Limited (the Company) under Section 433(e) of the Companies Act, 1956, Bombay High Court has by an order dated March 31, 2011 (received by the Company on July 06, 2011) appointed the Official Liquidator for winding-up of the affairs of J F Laboratories Limited.<br/><br/>In response thereto all the assets, Bank Balances, Records, and Books of Accounts and Vouchers have been handed over to the Official Liquidator on October 12, 2011. A Copy of acknowledgement in respect thereof received from the Office of Official Liquidator. Further the Official Liquidator has directed that the Board of Directors is discharged and is no longer required to deal with any matters relating to the Company as such matters will be dealt with by the Official Liquidator.<br/><br/>Accordingly to take note of the same and henceforth contact the Office of the Official Liquidator, Hon'ble Bombay High Court, 5th Floor, Bank of India Building. M. G. Road, Fort, Mumbai - 400 023 for any notice or other communication to be issued to the Company hereafter. | |
