Appointment of Ms. Sugandha Ramchandra Rane (DIN: 07254968) as an Additional (Non-Executive) Independent Director with effect from July 13, 2024, subject to approval of shareholders for a terms of five years b. Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 2024 along with limited review report. c. Consideration and approval for continuation of Mr. Rajendra Parikh as an Executive Chairperson and Whole TIme Director of the Company beyond the age of 70 years, subject to approval of Shareholders as per Section 196 of the Companies Act, 2013 The Board meeting started at 03:15 P.M. and concluded at 04:15 P.M.
