Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the company has received the resignation letter from Mr. Nitinkumar Nanjibhai Maniya, for resignation from the position of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 12th December, 2020.<BR> <BR> Mr. Nitinkumar Nanjibhai Maniya, Company Secretary and Compliance officer has confirmed that there is no other Material Reason for his resignation other than those provided in resignation letter.<BR> <BR> The details of Resignation as required pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are annexed herewith as Annexure-1.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your records.<BR>
