| This is to inform you that the due date for submission of financial results for the half year ended 30.09.2020 is on/before 14.11.2020 as per Reg.33 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg.2015 but the term of our existing Statutory Auditor (C.S.Jariwala & Co.) has been expired on 31.03.2020 and now, we have to appoint new Statutory Auditor in forthcoming AGM.<BR> <BR> Further the Company has availed extension of holding AGM upto 3(Three) months from the due date of AGM pursuant to MCA order No. ROC-GJ/AGM Ext./2020-21/1462 dated 08.09.2020. So, we are unable to submit our financial result on/before due date i.e. 14.11.2020 since the company has not appointed new statutory auditor as per the companies Act, 2013 for the financial year 2020-21.<BR> <BR> Hence under the situation explained above, we sincerely bring to your kind attention that our half year ended 30th September, 2020 result declaration is getting delayed beyond 14th November, 2020, though we are trying our best to do the same as early as possible. <BR> | |
