We wish to inform you that Hon''ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench today, vide its order dated 21st March, 2024 approved the Scheme of Amalgamation among JIndal Quality Tubular Ltd., Jindal Tubular (India) Ltd. Jindal Fittings Ltd. and Jindal Saw Ltd. and their respective shareholder and creditors. The certified copy of the order is awaited.
