| We wish to inform that, pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, i.e. on 15th July, 2024, inter alia, have considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/three months ended on June 30, 2024. A Copy of the Unaudited Financial Results in the prescribed format, reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors alongwith Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2024, is enclosed herewith.
