Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors of the Company, has appointed Shri Anoop Seth (DIN: 00239653) as an Additional Director in the category of Independent Director of the Company, for a term of three consecutive years w.e.f. 27th September 2022, subject to necessary approval of shareholders of the Company. Shri Anoop Seth is not related to any Director of the Company and is not debarred or disqualified from holding the office of Director by any order of SEBI/Ministry of Corporate Affairs or any such statutory authority.
