(1) Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (Listing Regulations), we have to inform that Shri Arvind Singh Mewar, an Independent Director (DIN - 00008244) ceased to be a Director of the Company from 25th September, 2022, upon completion of his tenure on 24th September, 2022. (2) The composition of the Board of Directors of the Company continues to be in compliance with the requirements prescribed under the Companies Act, 2013 and also the Listing Regulations.
