JM Financial Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2016, has recommended a final dividend of Re. 0.85 per share for the year ended March 31, 2016. decided to convene the Thirty First Annual General Meeting on August 02, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, the above dividend, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be paid on and from August 04, 2016.
