This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. May 12, 2022 has inter alia: recommended Dividend of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) per Equity Share of Rs. 2/- each fully paid up (equivalent to 50% on the paid-up equity capital) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
