Pursuant to Regulation 30, 33 and 51 if SEBI (LODR) Regulation, the Board of directors at their meeting held today, 17th June, 2024 inter alia considered and approved the following matters:
1. Audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. along with declaration relating to unmodified opinion.
2. Recommended dividend of Rs. 2 per Equity share on face value of Rs. 10 each for the Financial Year ended 31st MArch, 2024, Subject to approval of members
