Jonjua Overseas Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/05/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 24" May, 2023 at 2:00 PM at corporate office of the company at SCF - 52, Phase-2, SAS Nagar, Mohali - 160055 Punjab, inter alia to consider and approve following agenda: 1. To approve audited financial results of the Company for the half year and year ended March 31, 2023. 2. To appoint Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the year 2023-2024. 3. To appoint Internal Auditor of the Company for the year 2023-2024. Further to review general day to day affairs and such other matters as board may deem necessary.
