Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 4th September, 2021 to 16th September, 2021 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of payment of dividend, if declared at the Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday, 16th September, 2021 at 11:00 AM. <BR> <BR> The dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2021, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, shall be dispatched, on and after 23rd September, 2021.<BR> <BR> Further, Thursday, the 9th September, 2021 will be the Cut-off date for determining voting rights of members, entitled to participate in the voting process with respect to business to be transacted at the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 16th September, 2021 at 11:00 AM.<BR> <BR> <BR>
