Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that Mr. Prakash Chandra Bisht, EVP & Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company which has been accepted by the Board effective from close of business hours of February 15, 2021. He would be moving within the Jubilant Group as a Chief Financial Officer of another group entity. <BR> <BR> The Board will appoint his successor in due course.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.
