Pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, May 20, 2020, inter-alia, to consider and approve Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further for the purpose of above and in terms of Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the intimation regarding the closure of trading window [i.e. from Saturday, March 23, 2020 till Forty Eight (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting]for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been submitted to the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed from Saturday,March 23, 2020 till Friday, May 22, 2020 (both days inclusive).
