Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform that the Company has executed an 'Agreement to Sell' for transfer of portable liquor license of the Company for manufacturing of Indian Made Foreign Liquor ('License') today, i.e. November 23, 2020 ('Agreement to Sell'). The transfer of the License is subject to certain conditions as set out in the Agreement to Sell. Consequent to the transfer of the License, the Company shall no longer be manufacturing Indian Made Foreign Liquor. <BR> <BR> The details as required under Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular no. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, are available in attached letter.
