| JUMBO FINANCE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Meeting of Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, 14th August, 2023 at 4.00 p.m. at the Registered office of the Company to consider and adopt the following: 1. To consider, approve and adopt Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2023. 2. Approval of the Draft Directors' Report and its Annexures; 3. To fix the time, date, book closure and venue to convene the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company; 4. To approve the draft Notice of the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Company; 5. To appoint Pankaj & Associates, Company Secretary in Practice, as the scrutinizer for E-voting at the 39th Annual General Meeting; 6. To Appoint Secretarial Auditor of the company. 7. To Appoint Internal Auditor of the company. 8. Any other matter with the permission of the Chair. | |
