Dear Sir, In pursunace to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations,2015 and pursunat to the Company''s code of Conduct to regulate,moniter and report trading by designated persons and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 DATED 02-04-2019 Issued by the BSE Limited ,the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday,1st April,2024 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and financial year ended 31st March,2024.
