In pursuance to the SEBI( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation,2015 and Pursuant to the Company''s code of Conduct to regulate , monitor and report trading by designated persons and Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02-04-2019 issued by the BSE Limited, the '' Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday.1st July ,2024 till conclusion of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Result for the Quarter ended 30th June ,2024, The date of the Board meeting to consider and approve the Un -Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ending on 30th June,2024 will be communicated in due course.
