Jump Networks Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve This is to inform the Exchange that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/10/2020 to consider and approve, inter alia, additional agenda items as follows:<BR> <BR> - Issue of Equity Shares up to an amount of Rs. 200, 00, 00, 000/- (Rs. Two Hundred Crores Only) to identified persons including Mr Harshawardhan Sabale, the Managing Director of the Company on preferential basis ('Preferential Issue'), subject to approval of the Shareholders.<BR> - A Buy Back scheme subject to all relevant acts, rules and regulations, by using a part of the proceeds of the Preferential Issue.<BR> - Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
