Junction Fabrics and Apparels Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 17, 2020, inter alia, have considered and approved the following:<BR><BR>- To issue Bonus shares to the existing equity share holders and share warrant holders pursuant to conversion into shares in the ratio 1:2 (one equity share for every two equity shares of nominal value of Rs. 10/- each) subject to approval of members and regulatory authorities.
