| Kindly note that Regulation, 23(9) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 regarding filing of Related Party Transaction is not applicable in the case of our Company for the half year ended 30th September, 2023 since the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company is less than Rs.10 crores and Net Worth is less than Rs. 25 crores respectively as on the last day of previous Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2023. In case of our Company the paid-up Equity Share Capital is Rs. 1 crore and Negative (-) Net Worth is Rs. 2.99 crores respectively as on the last day of the previous Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2023. | |
