| KABRA DRUGS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 23/01/2024 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We are pleased to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of KABRA DRUGS LIMITED is scheduled to be held on Tuesday i.e. January 23, 2024, at the Registered office of the Company situated at Shop No. 270, Shastri Market, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452001, India. inter alia to consider and approve the following matters: To consider and approve proposal of fund raising by issue of equity shares or any other permitted mode, through Preferential Allotment/Private Placement basis to the Non-Promoter / Public Category of investors in accordance with the provision of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements Regulation, 2018, as amended, subject to regulatory or statutory approvals as may be required including the approval of the shareholders of the Company. Increase in Authorised Share Capital of the company from Rs.5 crores to Rs.16 Crores. Any other matter with permission of the Chairman. | |
