Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window of the Company will be closed for Designated Person defined in the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report of Trading by Insider in Securities of the Company as framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 from January 23, 2017 to February 01, 2017 (both days inclusive) to consider the fixation of record date for issuance and allotment of Equity Shares by Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited (Texmaco) to the Shareholders of the Company pursuant to the Scheme of Amalgamation as sanctioned by Honble High Court of Delhi amongst others.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window will re-open for trading for designated persons w.e.f. February 02, 2017.
