We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Kalpataru Power Transmission Limited (the "Company") at its meeting held today, has inter alia- approved the re-appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101248W / W-100022) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a second term of 5 (five) consecutive years to hold office from the conclusion of ensuing 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company till the conclusion of the 47th Annual General Meeting to be held in the year 2028, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
