Vide letter dated April 18, 2018 the company had informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on 23.04.2018 for considering various actions on the effective date (23.4.2018). Since various actions were required to be taken on the effective date, the same is being rescheduled and accordingly the board meeting is also being rescheduled for taking the actions on the effective date. The information about the effective date as well as the date of Board meeting will be provided shortly.<BR>
