The Board of directors at their meeting held on 5th August, 2024 have decided to call an EGM and approved the Notice for calling the EGM to be held on 28th August 2024 for the shareholders to approve and appoint Mr. Karaikudi Chandrasekaran Radhakrishnan as the Independent director who was appointed as an additional director on 29th May 2024 for a period of 5 years from 29th May 2024 to 28th May 2029.
