The tenor of Mr. S Srinivasan ended at the close of business hours on 31st August 2024. However, in our letter dated 9th September 2024, it was stated that the tenor of the Independent Director ended on 9th September 2024. The inadvertent error was caused due to the typographical error in our records. The said Director did not attend any Board or Committee proceedings after 31st August 2024.
