In terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders, the 'Trading Window' of Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 1, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020.<BR> <BR> It is clarified that the 'Trading Window' of the Company is closed only for the Designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives. This has been duly intimated to them. However, the same is not applicable for the general investors and the trading will be open for them.<BR> <BR> The date of the Board meeting for consideration of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020 will be separately intimated you.
