| KANSAI NEROLAC PAINTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting<BR> <BR> This is in furtherance to the intimation dated September 30, 2020, from the Company to the exchanges in terms of the provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, wherein we had informed that the Board of Directors of the Company would consider the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2020 at their meeting to be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020. proposal for declaring interim dividend to the equity shareholders will also be considered.<BR> <BR> The Unaudited Financial Results as aforesaid and declaration of interim dividend (if any), would be duly intimated to the Stock Exchanges after the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.<BR> <BR> Intimation on the closure of Trading Window for the Board meeting on November 3, 2020 where Unaudited Financial Results would be considered had already been given to the<BR> exchanges. The same shall apply in regard to this intimation as well. | |
