| Non Applicability of Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the year ended 31-03-2024 We would like to inform and submit that as per Regulation 15 of SBI (LODR) Regulations , 2015, the Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulations, 17, 17A, 18, 19, 20,21,22,23,24,24A 25,26,27 and clauses (b) to (i) and (t) of Sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and para C, D and E of Schedule V shall not apply to any company having paid -up share capital not exceeding Rs. 10Crores and net worth not exceeding rs.25 crores as on last day of previous financial year. hence, we are not required to submit Annual Secretarial Compliance Report for the Financial Year ended 31-03-2024 as our company is exempted under Regulation 15(2) of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015. | |
