This is to inform you that pursuant to the provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and as per company"s Code of conduct to regulate, Monitor and report trading by designated persons and their immediate relatives, the trading window in dealing in securities of the company shall remain closed from Sunday 1st October, 2023 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial results of the company for the half year ended 30th September 2023(both days inclusive) to the stock exchange, for trading by all designated Persons, including their immediate relatives. The Date of the board meeting to be held for the consideration and approval of the unaudited financial results for the half year ended 30th September 2023 will be communicated in the due course of time.
