We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 13rd August, 2021 to inter-alia consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2021. <BR> <BR> We also wish to inform you that the 'Trading window' of the Company is closed for 'Designated Persons' of the Company from 1st July 2021 till 15th August 2021 (both days inclusive) in connection with the above impending publication of unaudited financial results. <BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the above on record.<BR>
