With reference to the above subject, this is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives from Saturday, 1st July, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2023. During the aforesaid period when the trading window is closed, designated persons including Promoters, Directors, connected persons, the insiders and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's securities. The date of Meeting of Board of Directors to approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30th June 2023 will be intimated in due course. You are requested to take the same in your records.
