This is in continuation of our earlier intimation dated 22.07.2025 and 15.10.2025 pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 inter alia regarding Sanand (Ahmedabad), Gujarat Capex for manufacturing of LT/HT & EHV.
We are pleased to inform you that the company has started trial production (first phase for LT/HT Cables) at its green field unit located at plot no 1012-1023 sanand-ii bol engineering industrial estate GIDC, Ahmedabad-Gujarat-382170. Muhurat Puja and commercial production at the said unit is expected by December 10, 2015.
