KEI Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 06, 2014, inter-alia, has approved the appointment of RSM and Co., Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditors of the Company as per Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 Read with rule 9(1) (a) and (b) of Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rule, 2014.
