At the Meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. 12th August, 2022, the Board has approved the Change in Designation of Shri. Vineet Suchanti (DIN: 00004031), Whole Time Director to 'Managing Director' w.e.f. 12th August, 2022 subject to approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting with the existing terms and conditions of his appointment. Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 is annexed herewith.
