| Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Cessation of Wholly Owned Subsidiary - Keyvihar Realtors Private Limited Dear Sir / Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, we would like to inform you that Keyvihar Realtors Private Limited (Keyvihar) a wholly owned subsidiary of Keystone Realtors Limited (Company) has executed Investment Agreement between Mt K Kapital Trust (through its scheme Mt K Resi Development Fund) (Investor), the Company and Keyvihar, to raise the funds by way of issuance of equity shares. Investor has subscribed to 9,900 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each of Keyvihar which is equivalent to 9.90% of the post issue paid up equity capital of Keyvihar. Due to this the Company''s equity shareholding in Keyvihar is diluted to 90.10%. Consequently Keyvihar ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
