| In respect of the above mentioned email notice we would like to submit that the company has intimated the Stock Exchange for conducting the Board Meeting on August 13, 2021 to consider and approve Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on June 30, 2021 and to take on record the Auditor's Limited Review Report thereon.<BR> In the meeting dated August 13, 2021 the requisite quorum was not present within scheduled time and as per the provisions of Section 174 (4) of the Companies Act, 2013 for want of quorum, the meeting automatically stands adjourned to the same day at the same time and place in the next week which was intimated to BSE.<BR> Subsequently, the adjourned Board Meeting was held on August 20, 2021 at 04:00 PM to review the matter specified in original Notice of BM. The Board Meeting was concluded at 06:15 PM and the respective outcome along with results in PDF as well as in XBRL was intimated to the Stock Exchange within the prescribed time. | |
